Lionsgate to Distribute “Bled”

A deal has been signed for a direct to DVD release of FatKid Films’ vampy flick BLED. Producer Jeffrey Allard (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre) and Director / Producer Christopher Hutson (Butcherhouse) have given word that release will happen in early 2009.
Michele plays the role of Kerra, a struggling novelist who falls victim to a strange substance known as strigios, a sap that bleeds from a long, forgotten tree. The cast is rounded out by Alex Petrovich (American Cowslip, Lost), Chris Ivan Cevic (Days of Darkness) and British actress Sarah Farooqui.
